Hi there! Welcome to my official website! My name is Maji, and I am a shaman(Удган). As an energy channel, I connect with various spirits, transmit information, and facilitate arrangements. So far, I have been training under my teacher, Byambadorj, a nationally recognized shaman from Mongolia with a worldwide reputation. I have also joined the shaman team, Dunker Tuv, which he leads.
Here, I interpret some common issues I encounter in my cases from a shamanic perspective, offering insights for friends who may use them to reflect on their own experiences.
SHAMANIC RITUALS IN MONGOLIA
Mongolian shaman, also known as “Tengrism” or “Böö Murgel,” is an ancient spiritual and Customs Traditions deeply rooted in the natural world and the ancestral beliefs of the Mongolian people.
Mongolian shaman is deeply animistic, with practitioners believing that all elements of nature—rivers, mountains, animals, trees—harbor spirits and share an interconnected web of life. Ancestors are also held in high reverence, seen as enduring guides and protectors for their descendants.

THE SPIRITUAL ENERGY IN REGIONAL
In a Mongolian shamanic perspective, regional spiritual energy is viewed as the unique spiritual essence or power inherent in specific locations within the natural world. Shamans believe that every part of the Earth is imbued with its own energy, which can be accessed and interacted with for healing, guidance, and spiritual insight. This energy is often associated with the spirits of the land, animals, plants, ancestors, and other beings that are considered to inhabit or protect particular areas. These spirits are regarded as guardians of the land, and shamans strive to communicate with them to obtain wisdom, protection, or healing.
HEALING AND TRANSFORMATION
Shamans may harness regional spiritual energy for healing purposes. They believe that the energy of a specific place can help to restore balance, cleanse negative influences, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. For instance, a shaman might guide someone to a particular site renowned for its healing properties to perform a ceremony or ritual.
RITUALS AND CEREMONY
Mongolian Shamanic rituals often involve calling upon the energy of the land and its spirits. The energy of a place may be seen as carrying the memories, wisdom, and blessings of those who came before, and shamans may seek to communicate with or honor these ancestors during their spiritual work. This can include offerings, drumming, chanting, or other practices designed to honor the spirits and align with the energy of the place. The effectiveness of these rituals is thought to be enhanced by the spiritual energy present in the region.

The Toli: Heart Mirror of Mongolian Shamanism
The Heart Mirror protects the shaman from malevolent spirits and harmful energies during rituals, its reflective surface deflecting negative forces from the heart—the seat of the soul and power.
The shaman focuses on the mirror for visions from spirits, interpreting its reflections as messages. It also links to ancestral spirits, believed in many traditions to communicate through it, offering wisdom and guidance in rituals.
